Between the dance floor and the stage of the world, there is only
one step toward yourself.

Soul Motion is a somatic movement practice that opens a space for self-exploration through free movement and creative expression.
Created about twenty years ago by Vincent Martinez Grieco, Soul Motion combines dance, mindfulness, and spirituality to create a space where body, heart, and mind can align.
An invitation to:
Tune into your sensations and emotions.
Be present, grounded, and centered.
Live each moment with awareness, curiosity, and openness.
Open yourself to others, and to everything greater than us — that which transcends and includes us all.
What sets Soul Motion apart from other free dance practices:
The practice doesn’t work directly on emotions: each dancer will be with their own emotions as they arise in the moment.
There is no fixed "wave" or pattern: the container is fluid, much like everyday life. Curiosity and openness to the unknown are fundamental foundations for exploration in a workshop.
There is a real the permeability between the experience within the dance space and daily life. Whatever arises through movement gradually infuse how we show up in the world.
Soul Motion Odyssey:
I'm One.
Je suis Un
I'm One with.
Je suis Un avec
I'm One with all.
Je suis Un avec tout
I'm One with all one.
Je suis Un avec tout ce qui est Un

"Be yourself, so the people looking for you, can find you" Vincent Martinez-Grieco

MY CLASS:
An invitation to explore the connection between body, breath, and awareness through free movement.
Every class is unique, built around a specific theme. I pay special attention to the musical selection, ranging from ambient to rock, techno, classical, and opera.
I also weave carefully chosen words, poems, and silences into my guidance — opening the imagination and nourishing each dancer’s inner space.
You are invited, at yout own pace and through the breath, to release the mind, connect with your body, and feel what lies beneath the skin. With openness, presence, and curiosity, spontaneous movement is allowed to express what words cannot: the body becomes a place of revelation, a messenger.
COME WITH ME:
If you feel the call for inner reconnection, for deep listening to your sensations and emotions, grounding in your body, and an embodied spirituality.
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DANCE, CAN I COME?
No prior experience is needed, just the desire and curiosity to let the body move freely and explore spontaneous movement.
Come and dance what moves you.
Come and shake what is ready to be born.
Let your breath guide you.
Let your soul moves you, in the present moment.

"This is the imprint of Soul Motion in my life.
It is how my body, heart, and mind have come together through this practice."

“Building bridges rather than walls.
Between cultures, ideas, sensitivities.
Nurturing curiosity, attentiveness,
and human connection.
This is what drives me, in my daily life ,
and in my practice."
MOVEMENT CALLING

Have you ever felt the urgency of dance?
My first time was on a Sunday morning.
I caught myself picking up the pace to catch the metro, eyes still heavy with sleep.
My heart was racing.
I had gotten ready with care : I had a date.
A date with myself: my body, my heart, my soul. In dance.
Since then, that sense of urgency has never left me.
And each time still feels like the first : with nerves and anticipation.
I never quite know what to expect,
because the body sometimes delivers messages that shake everything up.
MOVEMENT CALLING is when movement calls me.
As if, suddenly, my soul needs to whisper something to my body.
An urgent message that needs to be heard.
A deep, visceral impulse to reconnect.
A reminder to gather all my scattered pieces.
And that vital need to come back to my center, to feel it alive, grounded, fully here.

I dance as I live.
I dance as I am.
As a child, a true "warm-up artist," I danced and sang everywhere. I loved seeing people happy around me.
As a teenager, I chose to study foreign languages — to travel, to meet other cultures, and to stay connected to my Italian family. After completing my Master’s degree, I turned to Human Resources, but I quickly became disillusioned: people were too often forgotten.
I then changed paths, following my passion for fashion, joining major Parisian brands for over 20 years, driven by craftsmanship, transmission, creativity, and humanity.
Then, the Covid crisis brought a deep awakening: I realized that the attention I gave to others was also something I needed to offer myself. That’s when the little girl inside me came knocking — singing and dancing resurfaced.
I discovered the 5 Rhythms dance between France and Italy. Then a workshop in Soul Motion in Rome completely changed everything. That weekend, for my birthday, I danced, cried, laughed... and heard my heart whisper: “Don’t be afraid to be more visible.”
A few months later, at the edge of burnout, my body spoke: "Save yourself." I quit my job.
What followed became obvious: free dance had saved me, and I was going to make it my path, my teaching, my life project.
In January 2024, I went to Germany to train in Soul Motion, with one goal in mind: to introduce and share this practice that connects us to the whispers of the heart and the vibrations of the soul.
"A sensitive attention to people guides my choices.
A curious attention to the world guides my steps."
